Good day to all of you "precious souls" out there as Rupert from "Survivor" would say.

We are hoping that by Friday, the website will be up. It will consist of some history since there are many still just finding out about Mom, daily updates about her condition, prayer focuses, answers to prayer, commentaries from the hearts of family and friends, and possibly a section summarizing periodic readings from a book, The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren, Mom and others were reading through but had not finished to my knowledge. I had read this book last year and thought this book was apropos to burning issues in my heart that would be beneficial in discussing with Mom as she read through this also. Those conversations never came about too often this year so her and I at the hospital will be reading through it's entirety talking about it. I'll be giving you the pages read for the day and some of our thoughts concerning the topic that might be of interest. Since this will be done on the website, you can choose to read through that and/or even participate by picking up a copy and reading with us emailing me with your thoughts on the pages read.

Today was a good day. She has strong vital signs, less fluid from both lungs being pump out and some eyelid movement during times of discomfort for the most part. No tests were done today, nor are any scheduled tomorrow. Respirator dependency is still at 40% and the same medication continues.

The news last night about the brain test was disheartening for some of us today as that sunk in, but not a shocker. (Shearing, or tearing of nerve tissue) Continue to pray regarding this specifically. Mom's methodology of communication just wouldn't be the same without the body language and facial expressions that accompany passionate personal views.
