medical updates

Visiting Mom in the early evenings, it's obvious she gets tired around 6:30-7pm due to the rehab. Her gym time has increased some. Two things I noticed before leaving was her guiding the right hand to grab the bar on the side of the bed and grasping it. The ability to coordinate that movement and carrying it out is very encouraging. When walking away to leave, I waived bye. She picked up her right hand and forearm and waived gently good bye also.

The pneumonia is clearing up! Her breathing is better and not as tiresome for Mom.

For the locals, valentine hearts for Mom are at the Post Office and UCC Sunday morning.

Today and tomorrow, I would ask that we all just simply give thanks to God for His healing hand of protection and provision upon Mom these past couple of months.

Shawn when would be the best time of day to visit your Mom? I don't want to interfer with the family visits.
